Willie Green Transportation Enterprises LLC (WGTELLC)

Who We Are

Willie Green Transportation Enterprises LLC (WGTELLC) is an Oakland-based, vertically integrated transportation, real estate, and community impact company founded by Willie Green. We sit at the intersection of electric vehicle fleet operations, commercial property development, and mission-driven social enterprise — building infrastructure that generates revenue while actively combating poverty in the Bay Area and beyond.

WGTELLC is not just a transportation company. It is an ecosystem — one that moves people, creates jobs, develops land, and reinvests profits into the communities that need it most. Our parent nonprofit, NoMorePoorPeople.org (a 501(c)(3) public charity), serves as the social impact arm, making every dollar of growth a dollar toward defeating poverty.

What We Do

Phase 1 — Electric Vehicle Fleet Operations (Active)

We currently operate one 2025 Nissan Leaf (all-electric) and are scaling to a 12-car EV rental fleet. The plan... Rent vehicles out to DoorDash, Uber, and Lyft drivers — a proven, high-demand market with recurring weekly revenue per vehicle. Cars are strategically parked on streets, in free parking garages, and near public charging stations to minimize overhead while we scale.

Once all 12 vehicles are deployed and generating consistent cash flow, we enter Phase 2.

Phase 2 — Land Acquisition & Property Development

WGTELLC will acquire and develop commercial property — with a primary target of renovating the former Greyhound Bus Station near downtown Oakland into a multi-use transportation and community hub. The development plan includes:

  1. Fleet Headquarters: Dedicated parking and EV charging infrastructure for all 12 rental cars, powered by rooftop solar panels

  1. Bus Operations: 7 buses for charter services — weddings, funerals, birthdays, special events, and scheduled community routes — managed through AI, CRM, and a live project manager (Bloodline) to build and maintain customer lists

  1. 24-Hour Automated Car Wash: A 3-lane automated wash facility open to the public, plus dedicated automated wash stations for our bus fleet

  1. Commercial Kitchen(s): Meal preparation for on-site housing residents and community events, operated by WGTELLC

  1. Customer Parking: 12 dedicated spaces for dine-in customers plus 5 spaces reserved for DoorDash driver pickups

  1. Solar Energy Infrastructure: Rooftop solar panels powering EV and bus charging, reducing operating costs and reinforcing our green mission

  1. Fragrance Assembly Operation (Air Fresheners): A small, private section of the facility dedicated to assembling high-quality air fresheners (AF) and closet/space fragrances for small and large areas. This adds a lightweight, scalable product line that can be sold on-site and through partner channels, while also supporting a clean, welcoming environment across the hub.

Phase 3 — Community Impact Operations (NMPP Offense Strategy)

The property will also serve as a launchpad for NoMorePoorPeople.org's poverty prevention programs:

  1. Temporary Housing: On-site modular housing structures for non-violent offenders, with rooms paid for by the Department of Corrections and meals provided by WGTELLC kitchens

  1. Mobile Showering: Partnering with WeHope.org (wehope.org) for mobile shower units on-site

  1. Health & Wellness Services: Local college students providing manicures, pedicures, and massage therapy; mental health students offering counseling support

  1. Food Access: Alameda County Mobile Food Farmacy and other nonprofit partners providing nutrition services

  1. Community Events & Outreach: Launching operations at 23rd and San Leandro Blvd, partnering with HEPPAC.org (during the 6–8pm needle exchange window), Grassroots organizations, and Boss BayArea to bring all resources together in one location

All community operations are subject to local zoning approval. Where permanent installations are not permitted, we deploy mobile service events to maintain impact without interruption.

How We Operate

WGTELLC runs lean and smart:

  1. AI & CRM Integration : Automated customer list building, trip scheduling, fleet management, and partner outreach

  1. Live Project Management: Bloodline support serves as our on-the-ground project manager coordinating daily operations

  1. Solar-Powered Infrastructure: Reducing energy costs across EV charging, bus operations, and facility power

  1. Revenue Diversification: Fleet rentals, charter bus services, automated car wash, commercial kitchen, DOC housing contracts, event hosting, and a fragrance assembly product line — multiple revenue streams from a single property

  1. Strategic Partnerships: (Pending) WeHope.org, HEPPAC.org, Alameda County Mobile Food Farmacy, local colleges, Grassroots, Boss Bay Area, and the Department of Corrections, volunteers

Who's Behind It

Willie Green, Founder & CEO — A Bay Area native with deep roots in Oakland's underserved communities. Willie brings firsthand understanding of poverty, housing instability, and the systemic gaps that keep people trapped. He founded both WGTELLC and NoMorePoorPeople.org to build scalable, self-sustaining solutions — not charity, but infrastructure. His vision: every business operation funds the mission, and every community program strengthens the business.

The Vision

WGTELLC is building a model that can be replicated in high-need cities nationwide. Start with vehicles. Scale to property. Develop infrastructure. Serve the community. Generate revenue. Reinvest. Repeat.

Oakland is the proving ground. The Greyhound Bus Station is 1 flagship location base. And the 12-car EV fleet rolling is the engine that makes it all possible.

We are not asking for charity. We are building a business that ends poverty.
