In Phases 1 and 2, we will establish an Institute of Higher Education [IHE] in rural Oregon community with a population of ~5,000, we will be leasing [15,220 sqft at $1.50 per/sqft/monthly] and remodel the empty USDA office building in an incubator/educator kitchen and offices. The Kitchen will serve as a nutrition training site, ~1,000 sqft, equipped for video projection and have an audience participation area. The Office will be ~1,000 sqft, with all the standard equipment. The estimated cost of this initial phase of the project, will be $250,000 for each for a total of $500,000 for initial remodel. We plan to begin the remodel on February 1, 2023.

 

Concurrently, we will be purchasing a US made solar/wind powered well-water pump/filtration system with will be placed on-site on a well-drilled by the landowner. The cost of the device plus shipping and installation will be ~$32,000 and arrive approximately 6-8 weeks from purchase. The cost per gallon of 99% clean drinking water is approximately .00034 cents per gal. given a 10yr life of each filter membrane [Additional membrane is included in the package, valued at $350.00, adding another 10yrs to the calculation.] This unit will produce clean, safe drinking water up to 5000/day without chemical additives. This will complete Phase 2 of the project once the device has been installed and functional. This water will be used in retail sales following regular testing to meet standards are reached at an appropriate production rate.

 

In Phase 3, we will purchase patented vertical farm devices which require 1-3 hrs per month of labor to produce 20 lbs of fresh produce every 28 days, before new seed are to be planted. The clean water produced by the solar/wind device will be used to treat the vertical farming devices on our Urban Farm. These vertical farming device purchases and simple installation will comprise the completed remodel of the building using approximately 5,000 sq ft of the whole building . At this time and/or during Phase 2 & 3, the remaining portion of the Institute will be devoted to sub-contracted food producers/educators who may also rent the kitchen for education purposes. We may add a food bank, herbal tea dehydration and sales site, while there is a potential that other communities needs, including a fire station, have shown interest is a subcontract, as the is plenty of parking available. Our CEO owns a certified nutrition biomedicine protocol approved to teach acupuncturists, chiropractors, physicians and provide public education training at our IHE, with ticket sales to begin in February 2023, with the first continuing education courses to be activated and ticketed, by April 20, 2023.

We will hire a part-time administrative assistant in Phase 1 who will help to coordinate our Kitchen Training Sessions, as well as target these donors who need ways to fulfill their commitments with our nutrition biomedicine protocol trainings and delivery of fresh and dried foods from our verticals which will produce their first crop within 28 days of installation, for each of the units. We expect this to create a project for both elders and youth within this small rural Oregon community.
