FloThermoIQ LLC is an AI-powered quoting, follow-up, and back-office automation platform built for HVAC, plumbing, and landscaping businesses. I will be creating an extension for other businesses as well. These trades keep the country running but are still losing jobs to slow response times.
When a customer texts or calls, our system responds within about a minute with a professional price quote, follows up automatically if they go quiet, and logs the job — turning missed calls into booked revenue without adding staff. It's designed to run alongside platforms like ServiceTitan and Jobber, filling a gap neither one solves today.
Our roadmap goes further than quoting. We're building toward a full financial operating layer for trade businesses: AI-driven payroll and tax handling — by partnering with an established payroll API provider rather than building compliance infrastructure from scratch — and, working closely with our developer, a client portal where owners can see their monthly revenue, profit, and invoices in one place. The mission is simple: help small business owners stop losing money to inefficiency and make more of it, with AI doing the operational heavy lifting they can't afford to hire out.
We're at the pre-launch stage: hardening the core product to hit sub-60-second response times consistently, and finalizing a repeatable onboarding process for new clients. We haven't signed our first paying client yet, but early conversations with business owners have shown real interest in the problem we're solving.
This raises funds for three things:
- Engineering — rebuilding the automation pipeline with an experienced developer so it's reliable at scale, not just working for one client.
- Product expansion — higher-tier features including automated invoicing, technician dispatch, white-label options, and the financial/payroll layer above.
- Client acquisition — going from zero to our first cohort of paying customers.
I'm open to structuring this as equity or revenue-based repayment, whichever fits your investment approach best.
