Our operator has over 20 years of experience, has flipped over 4,500 houses and is now building new construction homes due to limited rehab inventory in the marketplace.
Current investors that have invested with us have experienced historical annualized returns of approximately 25%. Investments using self-directed IRA's and self-directed 401K plans are accepted.
Typically speaking, investment hold time is 7 to 9 months and the operator handles everything from buying the lot, building the house to selling it. Discounts are offered on bulk purchases of homes (5 home minimum).
