Collision repair and automotive services for Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other fleets of delivery vehicles.  Corona Virus has accelerated the societal shift to a shop from home, delivery-based economy. Fewer commuter vehicles are on the road and the use of high top “Sprinter” vans and step vans has increased exponentially.  This new type of delivery vehicle has opened a new market segment in the collision space that is nearly vacant.  Repairs to these vehicles fall between the current  segments of personal auto repair and heavy truck repair.  Traditional collision centers are not equipped to repair these vehicles and heavy truck centers will not work on them due to limited labor rate in comparison to heavy truck repair labor rates.  There are 384 metropolitan areas in the U.S. serviced by various delivery and shipping companies.  Our projections show that each 25,000 sq ft facility can produce sales of approximately $6m per year.

We will also be focused on the repair of pure electric deliver vehicles as many of the fleets are moving in this direction.  Amazon recently purchased 100,000 Rivian electric delivery vehicles and the U.S. postal service has committed to moving their entire fleet of vehicles to pure electric.  These vehicles can not be repaired in a traditional manner because of the batter packs.  FleetWorks will be equipped from the onset to repair this vehicle type.  FleetWorks sister companies, Performance Training Consultants and Performance Strategic Staffing, will provide recruiting and training support to staff each facility.  Our focus is to recruit staff from people exiting the military in addition to young people interested in a career in the industry.  We will build a bespoke employee base trained to work on these specific vehicles and within our specific production model.
