Ele Day LLC was founded in 2020 and is the parent company to Flavor of Puerto Rico, a Fast Casual, scalable Puerto Rican take-out concept that we are looking to build into a national franchise.
Ele Day also provides over 1200 meals weekly to Meals Direct, and consulting services to local business owners.
I am the owner of Ele Day LLC, Victor Schmidt. I have been successful as an Executive Chef in the industry and my last job before becoming a full-time entrepreneur was managing Carnegie Mellon's Dining program of 15M .
