Seeking funding for Texas Hot Chicken Concept in Fort Worth, Texas. This would be a drive thru only concept, the first of it's kind. The menu would differentiate itself from other "Hot Chicken" concepts by offering Chicken tenders and sandwiches, modeling after current industry leaders. With different sides, such as Elote, and Green chile Mac and cheese, this concept is built for success. Drive thru as a sale mix is up by 20% throughout the restaurant industry since 2020. Relying on the "Texas" branding, the "Texas" brand is a franchisable opportunity that has worldwide appeal. Locating the restaurants in parking lots of big box stores, this will be a concept that has the potential to spread to hundreds of locations.

Projected restaurant/bar revenue would be weekly revenues of $28,000. This affluent area could support higher menu prices/drink prices. The per person average we would predict would be $15
