We are building the model of the robotic pasta restaurant of the future where fresh pasta is cooked and served by robotic arms within 4 min and sold fo 25% less. This is going to be an artsy and cozy dining space. Each location is designed to be run by just 1-2 people, resulting in exceptional economics and scalability.

I'm the co-founder based in LA (Culver City). I’ve been a tech entrepreneur for the past couple of decades, founding 3 startup accelerators, 1 startup studio, and companies in heavy machinery, software, and consumer sectors—3 of which I successfully sold. I also led the growth of a fast-casual restaurant chain (we scaled to 78 locations in 4 years). After living in various countries, I settled in LA 4 years ago.

Some highlights for the startup:
  • A super experienced team with backgrounds in hardware, software, and the restaurant space (we get things done)
  • Targeting a huge market poised for transformation through robotics and AI
  • We've validated our core product and tech, and built several modules using our own funds

We are currently raising a small angel/pre-seed round to build a fully robotic pasta-making environment, test it with customers, and be ready to open our flagship location.
