I run a food trailer that serves gourmet grilled cheese and home cooked meals for profit, and to meet community needs. Fat Girls Viddles LLC is my simi retirement endeavor of which I have sunk my entire savings into, and then some. I need to get out from under some of the high interest debt and still invest in a few more fixes and upgrades to be completely mobile and able to set up shop anywhere. The location I am at now is building slowly but steadily. More signage and advertisement would help dramatically. Once the high interest, electrical, a few upgrades, and more signs are accomplished I foresee many more events, with high income in my future. Once that is accomplished and Fat Girls VIddles is pulling a profit, I can become more involved with community needs and offer free meals to those in need, recommended threw several organizations and schools I am involved with. Though it is my desire and passion to help others threw this venue, I realize I need assistance before I can assist on the level I want to.
