FARMSCAPE HOMES LLC.
FARMSCAPE OFF-GRID HOMES LLC™, (Dallas)
S.E.C. CIK 0001995722, under SEC 504b, NASDAQ STOCK SYMBOL FSOG (reserved), is a startup minority owned company seeking $10,000,000 USD, paying an 8% commission, to the organizer or broker. The venture is to build a new line of 98% Self-Sufficient Off-Grid Farmhouses on 2–4-acre plots each having a nominal one-acre food plot. All homes are powered by solar and/or wind, with geothermal HVAC, and propane prime power back up. All six models are designed to be disaster resistant, meeting the needs of homes designed to resist the more severe and more frequent weather effects caused by global warming. Texas is the second larger consumer of solar panels in the United States. The solar business of retrofitting conventional On-Grid homes with solar panels is the most fraudulent market in the country both technically and financially. Farmscape Homes takes a different approach. Farmscape homes are designed from scratch to be Off-Grid and do not compete with grid power companies and Farmscape does not claim that solar power is less expensive than grid power. Farmscape will follow a “Permaculture” approach which integrates land, resources, and people to the benefit of the environment and community. This concept integrates home designs to provide self-sufficient off-grid homes using “state of the art” engineering design principles, the house is oriented to true south, uses no HVAC refrigerant, uses water harvesting, practices self-sufficient sustained agriculture, and waste management, without using city power, water, or sewer. The home designs are aimed at those people who want to live independent of US critical infrastructure. In the 1970’s, the personal computer revolutionized the world. In 2024, Farmscape Off-Grid Farm Houses will revolutionize a small portion of the US home market. The Farmscape approach is not to build homes like those in the 1950’s which is still the standard today. Farmscape will build homes with modern engineering and “state of the art” building science which will create a strong dedicated niche in the home market. The customer profile for this type of home and community is a person who wants a home that can operate off-grid, be self-sufficient, be able to withstand high winds, earthquakes, expansive soils, and able to function in the more extreme climates caused by Global Warming, and have a commercial long-term pantry designed into the floor plan. The Principal Mechanical Engineer for Farmscape has designed, engineered and installed over 1400 underground shelters, many of which have been operating off-grid since 1978. He is the author of a book under the direction of a steering committees from US Dept. of Defense, National Bureau of Standards, Oak Ridge National Laboratories, and many government agencies. A formal SEC Registered Prospectus with 5- year projected cash flow and ROI is available after signing an NDA. This Prospectus cannot be emailed.
