I am sure you have all dreamed of the last big deal you missed out on. I have. In the year 2022 it may be hard to believe but there is at least one big deal left that No One has ever thought of. A true Billion Dollar idea that is too simple and yet no one is doing it.
If you have a big screen Smart TV like most people have today you may understand what a TV App is. If not think HULU, Netflix, RUKU and many others. My TV has 57 TV Apps. These Apps seem to grow monthly.
I want you to pay attention to only two of them; Netflix, the biggest and Sling maybe the smallest.
Netflix has 203,000,000 subscribers at a minimum of $15/month. That is over $3 Billion per month gross!
Sling has 2,300,000 subscribers at $35/month. That is over $80 Million per month.
Now let’s just talk about 1,000,000 subscribers at $10/mo. That is $10 Million per month income. At that number most people would say GREAT. I would say there is a big problem and how do I fix it.
I fix it by starting out with a great Marketing Plan. Which I have.
But first let me just mention that my App will work on every Smart TV but is NOT a TV APP. It is NOT about movies or news. And at only $10 per month, with a great start up plan, it will grow MOSTLY by Word-of-Mouth from the beginning.
100,000 paid subscribers at $10./month. This is the real first goal. I believe it would only take a few months. A dream goal would be 25 million subscribers. Do the math.

Most business investment opportunities do not have projections like this or even close. I am willing to offer gross monthly payouts, or quarterly to make things more simple. The amounts below are of course projections. My projections are based on current TV Apps that don't even advertise. Since my system is similar I am using current income of current TV Apps as found on the Internet.
The below numbers are gross monthly payout projections. The amounts can be 100% payments to one investor or split between a few investors based on their percentage of required capital invested between up to $10 million.
I am also suggestion two type of pay backs to my investors.
- Five year pay back of all capital invested plus the monthly (quarterly) return based on projects below. This is a 5-year contract.
- Life time monthly (quarterly) after 5-years, your choice, with all capital invested forgiven. You will have up to five years to make this decision. Life Time Returns will be a contract.
Projection: Monthly (quarterly) payouts will begin once we reach 100,000 subscribers.
1) 100,000 monthly subscribers return est. payout $100,000 monthly.
- 1,000,000 monthly subscribers return est. payout $ 1,000,000 monthly
- 5,000,000 monthly subscribers return est. payout $ 5,000,000 monthly
- 10,,000,000 monthly subscribers return est. payout $ 10,000,000 monthly
- 15,000,000 monthly subscribers return est. payout $ 15,000,000 monthly
Numbers beyond 15,000,000 are just too much to think about.
My current plan is to dominate as soon as possible; America. Then Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. All English speaking countries. The rest of the world may be some type of Franchise System.
At this time I am only looking for a Strong Commitments subject to your review of my complete plan which will include a Non Compete Agreement my attorney believes is Solid.
