Raising $40 Mil+ to Start a Family Entertainment Center and Indoor Waterpark

I am looking to start my business and help my community and surrounding area. I am on Disability but am just a big kid.  I grew up across the street from Knott's Berry Farm theme park and went into the park about every day after school for a few years.  After High School, I took a Culinary Arts Class and then got a job working as a Head Chef for both Knott's Berry Farm and Great America.  I was injured while doing my inventory at Great America but didn't realize the amount of damage to my back till it was too late to file a lawsuit.   I am now a bit older and had to have lower backbone fusion surgery in 2020 to repair the old degenerative damage.  I am married with 3 sons whose ages are 12, 7 (nonverbal, autistic), and 18 mo. (developmental delays).  My wife and I have been working on this plan of a safe environment to bring family and friends together for some clean and exciting fun.  Our plans include Arcades New/Old both, a two-story Laser Tag Arena for tournaments that would award the winning team with college scholarships and cash for each player, black light miniature golf,  adult Golf simulation screens to play anywhere in the world in real-time, Large Climbing Structure with ball pen and interactive activities,  a zombie simulation ride, an escape room, 4 separate themed party rooms,  cafe with good quality food, child/toddler zone childcare area for the little ones,  nurse station for immediate help and random staff drug tests.  We want to have metal detectors at the doors and security personnel on the floor for safety at all times.  Connected to the main building would be a Large Tropical Themed Indoor Waterpark, a 3 Story Gokart Course Indoor with electric vehicles, and a Large banquet Hall with stadium seating for dinner shows, weddings dances, and indoor farmers markets for all-year produce.   We want to also include a Gold Rush Themed Rapids water ride and a Salmon Run Log Ride maybe outdoors.    We would offer a bunch of helpful programs like internships and Get Back to Work for individuals, cooking classes, safe grad nights,  and much more.

We have 2 nonprofits that we are currently running and would like to include on the same property as well as living on the property.  These nonprofits are; Dino and Dragons Parties Inc. hopefully adding an animatronic museum and a Wild West Horse Rescue Inc.  and adding a Wild West experience town with petting zoo and other interactive things to do.  We need this very badly in our area.
