A real estate purchase proposal to develop an income stream of 5 million dollars annually coming in with zero debt. This resort proposal as pre-approval by local city manager for a full service recreational resort for RV, Camping, Glamping, Winery for retail sales and tours. A business plan is ready to submit with a prime property location in North Carolina that's for sale for $700K along an easy interstate access.  The easy access off a major interstate having over 70K drivers (potential clients) per day access to Fall Creek Resort and Music Venue. The Resort has the space and interest to offer camping spaces with full utilities of electricity, water, septic waste, lodge for showers and restrooms. As funding permits a custom unique swimming pool by Lucas Lagoons and to improve the 1.5 acres fishing pond that has record bass for catch and release competitions that will complete the vast income opportunities. Fall Creek executive resort will consist of a retail shop style winery with our own wine label not having to grow grapes. In addition will be a healthy eating cafe' open to resort clients as well as the general public has already been approved. In addition, there will be a lodge for a full wellness spa and therapy location for human, hound (K9) and horses as well as the community who wants to be in the country without leaving the city limits in a health oriented environment. Additional can be in this resort; a wellness spa for the client we have who wants to rent a space from us for a Veterans Equine and K9 Therapeutic program for all veterans and their family’s needs that are not being met to help with suicide and PTSD issues. This is also where the resort can offer re-entry from military back into civilian life. 
  In addition to the resort will be a park like setting of hiking and horseback riding trails to include a cross country course for the US Olympic Equestrian Team to train and receive physical as well as coaching for much needed mental competition therapy for both horse and riders.  For those who are interested in entertainment, a full music venue similar to that of Chateau St Michelle that has a sizeable venue of wine tasting and enjoying a theatre and music style venue. Music venue will be offered to the public from both local and national musicians that will be able to house an average of 8-10 thousand people. The property size allows for all these amenities that the city manager of this location states will be approved and well supported as he and the head planning manager have viewed the property, its buildings and proposed area locations on subject property stating that this property is well suited for this project in part or its entirety.   Gross revenue estimated conservatively to be over 5 million dollars annually with a well-diversified list of income streams.
