Located near the old farm fields of San Tan Valley, Fairy Tale Farm is a private & secluded Victorian style home on over an acre of lush green grass, with a peach tree orchard, & rose bush garden. (The peach orchard blooms pink for Spring weddings), but what gives Fairy Tale Farm its magic is the round Victorian style gazebo in front of a boulder waterfall flowing into a very large pond with floating lotus & surrounded by lush green, creeping thyme, flowers and sunken pots for brides to add their own wedding flowers. A cute bar house with a private dock overlooks the pond for guests to relax and enjoy a drink or they can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the covered patio or enjoy the evening near the fire pit area. Each detail is focused on giving the couple & their guest a "Fairy Tale" experience.
The funding requested will be used for startup cost to launch the wedding venue and to update the Victorian house, remodel pond area and add a large Victorian green house for an indoor wedding option.
We are currently advertising "as coming soon" on the knot and wedding wire and we have received almost 300 request for pricing. Wedding request range from Oct 2023-2026.
