Facility takeover project

I have the chance to assume control of a micro cannabis production facility with an active license in good standing where the current owners are willing to be bought out over a two year term. Current owners are willing to lease the building, active license and equipment to me during the buyout phase. I would need capital to secure the lease and assume monthly expenses, initiate the buyout and do some minor equipment upgrades to improve yields and overall quality. The facility has sufficient space and utilities to add 2 additional flowering rooms with headroom for a double tiered setup to maximize productivity and profits. I have soft purchase agreements for bulk product already lined up for sales.
