Felix's BBQ With Soul started in 2008 amidst economic challenges, launching our first restaurant with resilience and entrepreneurial spirit. During the Subprime Mortgage Crisis in the mid-2000s, we showcased adaptability, expanding to our second and third restaurants while navigating tough economic conditions. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, strategic pivoting led to the opening of our fourth restaurant and the expansion of our commercial catering division, demonstrating our ability to thrive amid adversity.


We're poised for further growth, targeting an opportunity zone in San Diego for our fifth restaurant serving as a template for our regional brand play. To facilitate this expanded plan, we are seeking $5 million in funding, propelling us into the next stage of our successful journey.
