We also offer aligned regenerative medicine, health, personal and aesthetic care products and services that align with our mission of healthy mobility, healthy metabolism and healthy living. Our key diabetes and mobility services are covered by Medicare and most commercial insurances, but we also enjoy a healthy cash/self-pay clientele.
Currently established in the Houston area, our new clinic in Kingwood acquired over 125 new patients in Q1. Our second clinic is set to open in Cypress in February. We are looking to expand as market dictates throughout Texas.
Spruce Health Group Texas seeks $500,000 to $1,000,000 in seed-round funding to expedite the growth of the clinics, with an exit strategy of 10x by 2029 equating to an estimated 700% return on investment. Currently offering minimum equity purchase $25,000. Can purchase up to 20% ownership.
