Southlake, Texas, has a per capita income of $241,000 a year, the highest in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. However, there is only one yoga studio in the area, and it leaves much to be desired. The studio has carpeting, baby blue walls, and it's not well-maintained. The quality of instruction is also lacking.
I am a 22-year yoga practitioner, but I have a strong business background. I relocated from Dallas, where high-end, well-attended yoga studios are abundant. When I arrived in the North Fort Worth area, I was surprised to find no suitable place to practice. So, I decided to start teaching yoga classes here, and people are eager for more. They appreciate the Dallas style of yoga.
I applied for and received a trademark for the name 'Exhale Yoga.' I am now planning to open the first studio in Southlake Town Center, offering a popular style of yoga that combines a challenging practice in a warm (not hot) environment. We will have an energetic playlist and teach authentic yoga, including Sanskrit, to honor the roots of this 5000-year-old practice. Our approach is vinyasa-based, providing a challenging workout with many ashtanga strength poses.
Our studio will be known for its cleanliness, beauty, and thoughtfully curated retail space. Above all, it will be known for consistent, results oriented, authentic yoga.
