About Euro:
European Medical Massage and Spa has been established in Berks County for 22 years and is owned and operated by its 3rd owner Linda Roll LMT . She has served the clientele of the spa since 2012 and purchased the business in 2021 . This European Villa inspired Mansion with 6 therapy suites , twin hydro tubs and dry sauna strives to offer a much needed escape to Shillington and surrounding areas. Our staff is established with 6 Massage Therapists 2 Estheticians desk and operations management.

Who We Help: In this post COVID era self care is now highlighted and celebrated! Euro has fine tuned its focus on women seeking a place to rest rejuvenate and find peace. As many as 4 generations of women daughters, mothers, sisters and more collectively come to relax . As a result we build a chain of clients from our first interaction. Our mission is to help women at all levels of self care and self love feel well. We have a fierce passion for philanthropy and donate our time and fundraise for many causes including Rely for Life, The Public Library and the Teddy Foundation for mothers who have lost children.

After extensive research we entered into two of these partnerships recently and have seen a steady 10k increase in cashflow with our desired market and a rebooking rate of 85%

Our current numbers from these partnerships have us well on our way to reach our energetic goal of 65K months by September 2023 and 100k months by January 2024


Funding Request:
Euro will use the funds to create our Child Care Center for both staff and clients expanding not only our clientele but offering staff a reliable childcare option.  Coming from her own struggles with childcare as a working mother during her fathers fight with cancer from 2021- 2023 Owner Linda Roll had a passion to bring the business into the future offering not only childcare for her staff but also for mothers who struggle with reliable childcare so they can engage in self care. This model has seen success in many other industries including health care, fitness centers and child care facilities. It also encourages mothers to rejoin the work force with confidence and reassurance as well as improves staffing reliability.  When asked over 60% of current clients stated they would not only use the childcare option but were more likely to book more monthly appointments for several services or higher grossing services. Two smaller social media posts showed a 30% average of being more likely to visit the establishment for the first time given its childcare option. We believe this will not only set us apart  from our competition as nothing like it exists locally but that it has the potential to change the trajectory of not only our business but the industry and how other industries approach childcare as a whole.
