The Problem:
Imagine you just got a ransom letter, and all your client's private data will be exposed on the dark web unless you pay $4.5 million. This happens, and it's horrible, but if you had our data breach protection service you wouldn't be that worried. We use date encryption in-use technology as part of our cybersecurity services, this constantly encrypts the data or database and scans files, folders, and databases. If the data gets outside an area that is not pre-approved, it's encrypted and cannot be used by anyone, which includes those pesky bad actors. This protects businesses from exfiltration breaches, their client's data, and the business reputation.
None of the competitors offer the breach protection included in our cybersecurity solutions. The competitors do offer various levels of protection and managed IT services. Own The Market:
Ethos Tech Consulting will be the first to market in the SMB space for the breach/ransomware protection. The amount of time to stop unknown ransomware from spreading with our solution is 77 seconds and to stop known ransomware, 5 seconds. This means very little gets ransom encrypted and we would only need to restore the files that got encrypted by the bad actors. Should a ransomware attack get through our multiple layers of protection. It does protect the data from exfiltration, So, if the ransomware also copied data outside the network, it will be encrypted and not useable by hackers.
I believe in leading by example. I find the SPICEE (Society, Partners, Investors, Customers, Employees, Environment) of the conscious capitalism movement to be beneficial for everyone. Every company needs to be profitable to survive, but the purpose of a business is more than profits. Just like you need red blood cells to live, you don't live for your red blood cells. The same goes for a business, all stakeholders matter and need to be astonished with results.
The Team:The team consists of me and outsourced services. I have a USA based IT Help Desk for support that does Tier1 and Tier2 service. If the IT help desk can't fix the issue, then that issue will be escalated to Ethos Tech Consulting staff. That service is

Sentinel One Vigilance. The plan is to hire USA based employees over the next 5 years when appropriate to do so based on growth.
Revenu Projections:From 2023 through 2027 the financial projections are to be $17 million in total revenue, with $10 million in net income. This includes the cost of 7 USA based employees.
We will be managing at the end of 2027 a total of 4500 users and 2600 servers based on growth projections. Our margins are good, and we don't plan on getting an office space, which keeps our overhead low. We may consider doing a shared office space if needed for meeting with clients, but that cost is fairly low, roughly $200 a month.
Funding Ask:
I'm requesting funds for $500,000 to cover working capital and my current salary for 3.5 years. Current yearly operating expense, with marketing funds is $36,000. I'm taking out a $40,000 business loan to cover marketing and operating expenses. I'm working with a company that does appointment setting that specifically markets for managed service providers.
