Masterpiece Sound Studios is a legacy recording studio in Detroit founded by 2006 Songwriter Hall of Fame inductee Sylvia Moy, currently owned by the Estate of Sylvia Moy LLC. We have multiple revenue streams and enviable opportunities for growth. We hope to find equity funding to execute our growth plan which includes upgrading our music production studio to include sound recording equipment and services for films.
We seek equity investment of up to $200k payable in $50k/yr increments over 4 years with 5% equity interest acquired each year, for a total of 20% equity interest at the end of 4 years.
