Estate Master the Game

My name is Anthony Pierre, I am a real estate investor, Author, Keynote Speaker, Educator, and the owner of Estate Master Real Estate Academy and Estate Master the Game, which teaches beginners and intermediate investors how to invest in real estate through an innovative combination of e-learning and game integration. We have combined two amazing multi billion dollar industries to create an experience that will change the way we learn forever.  Our goal is that once a client masters this virtual game, they will be able to implement everything they learn in the real world and become a Master of the  real Real Estate Investing Game. 
 
 I have been investing in real estate for more than 20 years and have help hundreds of people learn how to invest in real estate.  During my time teaching through Urbana University my students age ranged from 17-70. So, I created a fun and innovated way to teach them, so no one was left behind. Therefore, inspired the creation of Estate Master the Game which teaches people of all ages how to invest in real estate through three phases…. Phase I "Understanding the Money" with game integration,  Phase II "Real Estate Investing Strategies" with game integration and Phase III a Virtual City. This City has everything like any other major city, from Residential, Commercial, Business, Manufacturing Real Estate and Hotels.  That's where the real fun begins...  They will now have to take everything they learned in Phases 1 & 2 and implemented it while completing their individual missions in the Virtual City.  Each avatar comes with its own personal finance circumstances, for example; Job, income, bank accounts, and credit score. Once you have select an Avatar, you must complete your mission to advance.
 
 The purpose of the game is to help anyone really wanting to learn how to invest real estate become a Master as they perfect the stages of the game. It has E-Learning combined with game integration to enhance the experience for the user and to keep retention. We have started the project and have completed the design of the Game and all the video training tutorials for the game as well. My partner Ammad Mirza is a dedicated and experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in Sales, marketing, and project management particularly in software selling, websites, mobile apps, web application, IOT projects, and digital media marketing services. He’s been working hard as we are ready to move to the next stage.  We have started the developmental stage of the Game integration and Virtual City and we seeking an investment $500-3 million.
