PAIN POINTS: Strokes and heart attacks claim cause 700,000 lives, $470 billion in direct medical costs and $220 billion in lost productivity annually in US. Current solutions are reactive and fail to 1) prevent from occurring beforehand, and 2) provide instant access to care, which is ineffective and costly.
SOLUTIONS: We have pioneered patented technology, called ESEDARS, a service platform and a tele-clinic at home for individuals at risk of strokes and heart attacks. It enables us to 1) monitor warning signs before an event occurs to prevent occurrence and 2) checkup the symtoms of strokes and heart attacks and provides instant access to care during emergency to save lives and reduce disabilities.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: Our services include risk assesement, constant checkups for warning signs and symptoms of strokes and heart attacks, alerts and remote access to care instantly during emergency. Our products include emergency response devices (ERD), comprehensive diagnostic tools (CDT) and a mobile application for 24/7 monitoring services and access to care online.
TARGETED MARKET: Our target market includes 116+ million patients at risk, including those with hypertension or diabetes, 56+ million patients aged 45 years and above with higher risk. It is a $96 billion market opportunity with SAM at $50 billion of a revolutionized access to care of strokes and heart attacks. Our system can not only save lives, but also billion dollars for patients and insurrance companies, and time and paper work for medical doctors.
COMPETITION: We provide patented core technology and services to prevent stroke and heart attack from occurring. During emergency, we provide instant access to care within 1 minute while it takes 8 minutes in cities and 14 minutes in rual areas on average for our competiors.
BUSINESS MODEL: We make money by charging monthly service fees of $30/m with a 60% profit margin as well as selling products at $100 to $500 per unit, with a 30% profit margin.
PROJECTD GROWTH: We expect to generate 10,000 users and $10 million in revenue 18 months after being funded, 1 million customers and $1 billion in revenue, and IPO by year 5 or 6.
TRACTIONS: FDA class II clearnce for manufacturer; 50 + users testing privately; three US patents and two pending.
