Hi. My name is Joel. My wife and I are the owners of Escape Electric Bikes. We sell our own brand Escape Electric Bikes in store and online. We are also dealers for other electric bike companies and electric scooter companies and sell them in our store and online as well.
Our passion started in 2019 when we decided to purchase our very own electric bikes. We are so happy we decided to do so because this gave us the capability to be able to pull our kids in a trailer without struggling up large hills. Electric bikes also allowed us to be able to go on longer bike rides because we didn't get as tired as we would have on a traditional bike. Our daughter whom is autistic and our son whom has a learning disability enjoy the bike rides just as we do and we all are hooked. 
I started researching electric bikes in 2019 and talked with multiple manufacturers trying to figure out which manufacturers had the best quality bikes, with great warranties and a great reputation. I spoke with many different manufacturers for close to 3 years and finally found a manufacturer that checked all the boxes. They deal with a few other companies in the US and those companies are doing very well, so I knew they would be the perfect manufacturer to go with.
I also researched many other electric bike companies and became a member of many e-bike groups on social media that had purchased electric bikes from electric bike companies here in the US and knew how well the market was doing and continues to do.  Electric Bikes are getting more and more popular by the day and companies are having a hard time keeping up with the demand. This is when I really knew it was a great time to get into the electric bike market. 
In 2022, we designed our own logo, applied for our tax ID number, established as a LLC and built our website. Soon after I got back in contact with the manufacturer and started choosing which bikes that I thought would sell well here in the US. I knew what people were looking for so I went with many different styles that would fit all sizes for men and women. I also wanted to get the bikes fitted with better known batteries with larger capacities, and components that would hold up for years to come.
We have sold close to $75,000.00  in our first 6
months of being in business with minimal advertising in the beginning 3 months. Since we've been in business, we have been working with multiple companies helping with our SEO, marketing and advertising, and my wife and I do all of the photos, videos, and posting for all social media platforms. Our sales have been mostly from local customers but recently one of our local customers posted his bike that he had bought from us on an ebike forum and now are website visits have went up substantially.
We had another YouTuber mention us on his channel which helped customers find out about us that didn’t know we existed and now our online sales have increased. We just recently had another YouTuber reach  out to us wanting to do a review on one of our popular bikes known as the Blaze RS or retro sport and this YouTuber has 40k followers. The only issue now is,  we only have one Blaze left and will not be able to fulfill the orders if we did have him review the Blaze RS.
We are in desperate need of someone generously willing to invest in our company so we can purchase more inventory to be able to fulfill many of the orders that this YouTuber will bring to us.
