We have acquired the domain name, registered the business and have a User Interface prototype. Now we need to get into the development of the app so that we're ready for the launch. We have a number of participants and service providers ready to sign up.

Team Highlights - Highlight Team Experience
Our team has successfully run an NDIS Service Provider company for over two years and understand the NDIS from many point of views ie. service provider, support worker, administrator and participant. Each member has been at least two of those roles.
* Our founder started this company because they could not find quality apps that give a 360° view of the person being supported. The other factors are that the apps don't talk to each other and each of the members of a clinical team like psychologists can't share information because everyone has a different procedure and product. This app will be a whole service including an AI agent that learns from the notes, how it can help all service provider staff (and the participant) share information securely and crisis will be easier to know what to do. 
* We kept hearing support workers say they spend more time writing notes than being with participants, and research backs it up with more than 40 percent of time going into documentation. 
* The other thing that we kept hearing was that the NDIA changes participants budgets most years. This means that their support budget may go up or down. If it goes down and they have a crisis, the AI can switch into a support worker to de-escalate the situation and get the participant through until their regular support is available. That means that companies will have to spend less money on on-call services and more on their app giving the participant better support.
