Mission Statement. EPRT LLC places highly experienced professionals in open positions in their chosen field in the engineering and medical fields throughout the world. We do this by addressing the critical staffing needs of our business clients with vetted, experienced talent that are ready to fill positions by contract or work-to-permanent positions. We believe in putting the best candidates in the right positions.
Business Description. The Business is to be organized as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) formed and authorized under the laws of the State of Washington, and will be led by 5 founding members with a combined total of over 55 years in the above-named industries, 20 years of office management, and a chief recruiting officer that has made $1 million in revenue in 4 years for their previous companies.
- Karlene L Alvarez has worked in the civil engineering field of the nuclear industry for 23 years in a design, field engineering, and plant engineering capacity. She is a multi-degreed individual with 18+ years’ experience in leading people and managing work by effective planning, analyzing, problem solving, and implementation while being fiscally responsible in resource allocation and expenditures. She developed, implemented, evaluated and provided oversight by using systemic processes to meet program goals, missions and values. She has extensive experience in program development, management plan & process creation, process assessments & effectiveness reviews, asset management, procurement, organization and tracking of assets and documents.
- Daniel H Alvarez has Baccalaureate in Electrical Engineering, and is working in the electrical engineering field of the nuclear industry for 15+ years in a field engineering, and plant engineering capacity. He has also worked in the fields of transportation and pharmaceutical, using his extensive knowledge in green mass transit systems and the biomedical industry.
- Robert A Campbell, Jr, is a licensed electrician for 34 years, and has worked in the automotive industry for 10 years. He has and is working in the electrical engineering field of the nuclear industry for 14 years as a field engineer and superintendent of construction dealing with constructibility issues.
- Joan C Campbell has worked as in all aspects of the medical industry as lead office management for 30 years. She has worked in billing (receivable, payable, insurance), staffing, intake.
- Scott A Cook has worked in the recruiting industry for 5 years. During this time, he was one of the top producing recruiters yearly, meeting all goals. He also has 10 years in sales and customer service.
Funding Request. The total funding request is for a $250,000.00 capital investment split into 10 increments of $25,000, for any or all increments, in return for investment shares of 1.5% per increment profit payment from the Business, to be paid annually, during the 36-month investment period. The total investment will be paid in full at the end of 36 months.
The funding proceeds will be used as follows:
- $6,250.00, monthly, for Marketing.
This amount is earmarked for effectively marketing the services as described below in the Marketing Summary section of the Business Plan.
- $12,500.00, monthly, for Staffing
This portion of funding is intended for hiring employees to produce the services and assist marketing and sales efforts.
- $6,250.00, monthly, for Software and Working Capital
The Business is looking for equity funding. Financial projections forecast a break-even point in less than 36 months after product introduction.
