In 2015 I started a property management firm which led me to opening my 2nd company doing property rehabs. I unfortunately was diagnosed with kidney failure and I had a stroke in 2022. In the mist of all my partner has left the company and left with an abundance of unresolved problems. It has taken me 8 years to building my company, focusing primaril on condo management and rental management. I have lost 80% of my portfolio but I'm still trying to hold things together almost by myself. I'm seeking partnerships as well.
