Empire Gaming

I am looking to start a company called (Empire Gaming LLC). I already have 2 simple to create and potentially lucrative phone/app game ideas. I however don’t have the means to create them so would have to hire a company to create them initially. The Funding would simply be to start up the LLC including lawyers, accountant, etc. and have the the 2 apps  created. After that I would be able to create the business itself into a physical location with the profits. I am really looking for a single investor to help get the the ball rolling. I believe it would be less than 1 year after 1st Apps creation before the company starts returning profit. The Apps are designed specifically for making money through games and entertainment. For similar concepts to my app idea would include apps such as; (pocket7games, WorldWinner, Skillz games etc. ) however the ideas I have are different from anything any of these offer.  The terms are negotiable however I already have a proposal in mind for any interested parties. Please keep in mind that I will only explain the App idea in detail to actual investor(s) but can get an idea on monetary possibilities from this multi billion dollar industry by looking into the aforementioned list of apps (only similarity is how the apps earn money). Only for investors interested in making money. Imagine that for every game played the house takes 20%+ for facilitating.
