Investor looking to get a 7% Return

We are a company based in Maine that Develops Single Family, Multi-Family and Commerical Properties. The last single-family flip that we did we purchased for $120,000 put $10,000 in Rehab and Sold it for $276,000. After Realtor fees, our Net was $120,000 and completed the project in 2 weeks. The reason why we can do this so fast and get properties at such a discount is because of the resources we have with local contractors,  also the resources we have with the bank to get some of the best off-market deals.  

We currently have 8 properties under contract that in the same parameters and are always looking for outside investors to help us grow.
