Ellie Lou's Brews & BBQ

Looking for funding for Full Service & Quick Service Restaurants in a historic building in Winter Garden, FL. Asking for $3 million total investment.

The location is in an 8k square foot historical building in downtown Winter Garden, FL.  We are proposing 2 concepts: Quick Service BBQ Restaurant (1500 sq ft), with 10 years in business and a Full Service Restaurant (6500 sq ft), featuring Scratch/Craft Comfort Food with a Full Service Bar, seating approximately  190 guests.  The building houses the oldest elevator in Florida and will be utilizing that as a focal point.

Our customers will include the multitude of local foot & vehicle traffic, tourists, our current clientele and outlying Orlando guests.  We have won Best BBQ in Winter Garden for 6 years running on a Facebook Group Page with 40k members.  This location is adjacent to one of the highest ranked Farmer's Markets in Florida and Winter Garden was ranked as, "one of the best places to live in the US".

We also operate multiple Quick Service Restaurants and Gourmet Coffee/Espresso Kiosks at the Orange County Convention Center (est. 1993) and 3 Funnel Cake Kiosks at the Walt Disney World Resort (est. 1995).  In 2013, we opened our first Ellie Lou's Brews & BBQ, a Fast Casual BBQ Restaurant with scratch made sides and sauces. In 2019, we opened our 2nd location in Clermont, FL  and our 3rd at Flamingo Crossings (WDW Property) in 2023.
