We want to begin building spec and custom homes at our lumber yard, Stanley Lumber & Supply. We're looking for funding to help with cash flow for the initial labor and materials. This includes $10k to construct the concrete bases on which to build the houses, as well as $65k for the initial labor and materials to frame up the house.
Ideally, we'll be able to pre-sell homes before they're built, but for the first one, we want to frame it up to attract attention to the house building at our location along US Highway 2.
