I am a new full service restaurant business, I have whole heartedly invested my time and money in. I have left my job of 16 years working in the transportation/logistics field. I am a former HR supervisor, office manager. I have experience in payroll, purchasing accounts payable and more more. I am fully committed to working everyday to make sure we succeed. I am looking for further assistance to get it going to it's full potential. We are located in downtown Waxahachie Texas inside the historic Rogers hotel. This hotel is 4 levels with different commercial businesses from boutiques, hair salons, barbers, desert spots, and arcade. I have already completely remodel the location. We are Mexican fusion, I am 1st generation Mexican American, our recipes are from my mom and grandmother. However we offer more than just authentic Mexican food. We have our liquor license for a full bar. We have a loading dock that can be used for outdoor patio. We also have a basement that could be transformed into a speakeasy. Located in the heart of downtown Waxahachie it's the ideal spot for shopping and dinning. All of Waxahachie's festivals are held right outside our doors, allowing us to be apart of all/many festivals held. The additional capital will help sky rocket us to the next level.
