We are expanding our rental properties business in Kodiak, Alaska. Kodiak is a small island that is expanding and currently has a housing shortage. We are looking to purchase a property that is currently exclusive to us to purchase. All units are currently rented, and our plan is to raise the rent on these units and also invest in making a 6th unit as office space or apartment to rent out as well. Currently we own and rent out a total of 4 units (3 different properties) so this is going to help us expand. We are also open to ideas from other businesses that are successful to maximize on this opportunity.
