YouTube Grand lake, Dripping Springs and look at the hill across from the Yahat Club. It's flat now and ready for development.
The hill is a fake national monument created by some smart kids rolling tires down into the ravine. Tirefaulker Hill. So I started posting progress pictures on Google maps.

Eagle's Nest, Grand Lake ok. I made it a National Monument (it's the only way to find it on Google Maps. The actual add. is 217 Private Rd. 047 Eucha Ok. 74342. I use it to post pictures.
It's in Dripping Springs (Youtube it). It, in itself, is a tourist attraction.
10 min. from Disney, 15 min. from MidAmerica Outdoors, both accessible off road.
33 min from Hartland Amusement Park. They broke ground 2 weeks ago.

My Appraiser is working on the post construction right now.
I'm the farthest thing from a CPA. Please correct me If I'm wrong: For Townhouse buyers. Can't they write off the $100,000 down payment as well as the Builder Finance portion even though they never make a builder payment (the rent will have it paid off in 18 months.).
