My name is Evan Dujanovic a commercial real estate broker out of Birmingham Al with 34 years’ experience. My area of specialty is retail. This line of business has exposed me to money made and lost also I get to speak with smart people in a variety of industries. Its long been my claim there is huge money and opportunity on the table in the State of Alabama. The answers are simple, but the “system” will not allow it.
Next, we need legal reform in Alabama. I have seen enough over a 30-year period and spoken with enough people about attorneys lying, waste, and manipulating the facts. The judicial system should be about the truth. This country can’t move forward when officers of the courts freely lie and get away with acts that would land anyone else in big trouble.
