**Year Three Ambition:**

As we embark on the next chapter of our journey, we're seeking a $3 million investment in exchange for 20% convertible-preferred equity. This capital will be the catalyst for accelerating our expansion, ensuring a triumphant launch on Chewy.com, and driving forward the development of innovative new products. Our sights are set on scaling our marketing efforts to reach even more pet parents, while simultaneously fortifying our position in the market by obtaining Non-GMO Project certification.
