Bringing premium organic groceries together with over-the-counter service, convenience of a cafe, green juice, coffee, and bone broth bar. The foods available here, especially the juice bar/cafe, will be some of the most potent superfoods on the planet and many are not found anywhere in Costa Rica.
We will be stocking the freshest true organic produce of any market in the greater San Jose metropolitan area and we intend to be know for that. Through our relationships we will work directly with the farmers and bring their high quality produce from the one-day-a-week farmers market and make them available for individual and commercial use seven days a week.
Carrying the highest quality health-focused foods; grass fed beef, organic nuts and seeds, dry goods, spices, and more. After thirty years of studying health and nutrition and developing a strong partner network, I have access to this unique selection of goods. Some are found in Costa Rica and we will import specialities not found locally. A one stop shop for all grocery needs that are of the highest quality and purest ingredients including eco cleaning supplies, self care and skin care products.

Our goal is to be a no plastic operation within a year, estimating to be 90-95% plastic free upon opening. The store will have one item of everything on display to try and feel, which will save room and present in a clean elegant fashion. All back-stock will be packaged minimally with natural-material bags if needed, while saving an enormous amount of space. We are revolutionizing how items will be shipped, stored and displayed/sold. No plastic waste to add to our oceans and displays will be similar to the Apple store; minimal and beautiful.
With the ex-pat and digital nomad community rapidly growing, consumers are looking for premium options for their organic health food, cleaning products and self care needs.
Furthermore we are connecting the Eco Home store to the Health Food market to be a one stop shop. This end of the store will sell premium eco-focused and sustainable goods to provide the Costa Rican community with retail and wholesale opportunities.
