What you don't control, controls you

Cyclevision Pty Ltd (Australian Company Number 604095105) is exploring avenues to diversify our business model and are seeking AUD$720,000 of investment funding to commence design, manufacture and certification of a full range of environmentally friendly bicycle and sports helmets via 'Additive Manufacturing' (AM) process, using 100% natural materials,  'castor beans' (EOS PA11 powder) The PA11 powder will replace the highly pollutant Expanding Polystyrene foam (EPS) bicycle helmets, from which 99% of the world’s 221,000,000 bicycle helmets are based upon.

Affording rapid prototyping and repetitive production accuracy unlike any technology before, Additive Manufacturing is a viable, economic and market disruptive process from which to replace the 1940's era' high pressure steam EPS injection moulding process, currently used in bicycle helmet manufacture.

All our Additive Manufactured helmets will be designed, manufactured, tested and certified in the Queensland,  facility, in what will become a  ‘first of type’ industry for Australia.
Domestic Additive manufacturing of bicycle helmets will assist ending Australia’s 100% reliance on the import of foreign products in order to comply with mandatory cycle helmet law.
The helmet testing will be conducted to the 3 major world certification standards, affording VAT/GST free' world-wide (in-country) distribution

Our primary avenue to market is to pre-sell our Additive Manufactured environmental helmets to store and web based retailers, to that end we have already secured 'expression of interest' from 99 Bikes store chain and Pushys

Post the successful launch of our standard eco friendly Additive Manufactured helmets, Cyclevision will reenvisage its twin camera bicycle helmet, with the assistance of 3rd party electronic technology (for which we have already secured a memorandum of understanding) for an incredible product concept, affording interchangeable camera modules

Total cost of the business plan is carefully calculated @ AUD$720,000 for which we are seeking  funding; in turn the investment will provide for equipment and support to enable the fruition of the project. In return we Cyclevision will offer 20% ROI, up to 34% company share holding, dividends upon set milestones and product royalties

Cyclevision sees this as a 5 to 7 year venture after which we expect to be manufacturing and selling  in excess of  50,000 units per year with a  wholesale price of AUD$230 per unit
After which we will evoke our exit strategy with a sell off; or buy-out to major helmet manufactures who by 2027 will be looking for a turnkey soliton to the escalating worldwide reluctance to continue to use polystyrene in consumer products

sincerly
