Do-IT-Yourself Kits to help those who are leery of Big Pharma, Main Stream Medical, and Government to easily protect their families from Covid-19, primarily!

I recently received ownership in a significant asset that would be the base for a startup to market a kit to allow consumers to simple produce their own dietary supplement that is the most apropos in this (almost) post-pandemic world! The value of the supplement that would be produced, priced at 1/4 to 1/3 of high-quality competition, totals close to $2 million and we expect what we have enough on hand to last 1 to 2 years of marketing. The related patents expire soon so we could have our own powder produced then. We would be repurposing tablets produced to purify the water systems in dental offices, a batch of tablets that turned out to be not white enough or effervescent enough for their intended market. We would grind these tablets to a fine powder, put the powder in bottles that actually can spray powder into distilled water, temporarily in a plastic tub, that could then be poured through a micron filter (remove tablet filler), into a quart bottle (similar to a mason jar) that has had a preprinted silver sleeve heat shrunk onto it to protect the dietary supplement from light (would oxidize otherwise) and to make it attractive from a marketing standpoint.

The product would be marketed, through the web (potential customers dispersed widely over whole earth), as a kit, instead of the dietary supplement itself, to minimize the amount of FDA regulations that apply and to make it simple for the customer to adjust the strength of the dietary supplement to their personal preference for themselves and their family. For example, one powder spray in the quart bottle for 10 ppm, 2 for 20, etc.  Our cost to produce and market these kits should be in the neighborhood of $50 each, since we already have the initial source for the powder, the heart of these kits. If priced according the protocol mentioned in the first paragraph, these kits should be marketed at a price between $300 and $400, allowing for a significant profit margin during the establishment phase of this company!

The father of modern medicine, Hippocrates, recommended this dietary supplement to many of his patients and I have used it fairly consistently for about 38 years myself and have tried to promote it into main-stream use, realizing it's great value as an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral! Big Pharma and it's cohorts fought me tooth and nail, realizing how much money it would take out of their coffers! My partner in this venture, the 89-year-old original sole owner of this asset, and another close friend of mine, were cured from Covid-19, each in three days of less, employing just this supplement. I have maintained my health, whenever I used it consistently, and it has cured 7 major infections I have had, one of which would have taken one of my fingers if I hadn't soaked it in this supplement in warm distilled water 1 hour one morning and 1 hour that evening!

I, Dan Conklin, have been involved in entrepreneurial endeavors off and on for many years. One of those, for example, was a memory chip that major venture capitalists (Kleiner Perkins, Hambrecht & Quist, The Columbine Group for example) were extremely excited about (Neilson-Dataquest projected a Billion dollars of sales in the 5th year of marketing) but the timing was bad, since it was 8 years after Apple Computer stock had hit the financial markets.  Everyone trying to catch an apple falling from the entrepreneurial tree, was out of funds and their teams were tied up dealing with requests for second and third round funding. Our primary venture partner in that project, Duracell, backed out of the partnership after 27 meetings when their holding company, Dart and Kraft, found out what the CFO at the time was planning on doing to raise the proof-phase funding instead of Duracell putting up the initial $635K themselves. It was a tragedy, since if we had met the projections Neilson-Dataquest made, their portion would have doubled Duracell's sales in five years!

I am an Electrical engineer, with much training in the Mechanical, Civil, and Chemical fields, but because of my start-ups it is difficult to gain employment in established high-tech companies anymore. We have an awesome computer artist and web developer working for us on a small project at the time, who I feel could be brought onboard quickly if we can get sufficient funding. Assembling of kits could be trained to unskilled labor fairly quickly. We would need to get independent testing of the product produced from these kits to verify there are no unintended by-products remaining in the aqueous solution generated. The results of these tests would be critical to display on the marketing website!

I have the main piece of equipment needed for this endeavor, from a previous project, in storage now but we would need a small facility to set it up, and for assembly and shipping of the kits. It is a shrink tunnel that would be used to shrink preprinted silver sleeves, produced for us under at least one future contract, onto the quart jars. The quart jars would be filled with the small components part of this kit, and then put in the plastic tub mentioned previously, and then the whole thing shrink wrapped and put in a box with soft packing for shipping.

I would love to try my best to answer any questions that arise from this description. Thank you for considering this request for funding in its entirety.
