East Texas Future

At East Texas Future, we celebrate God, The United States and Music.  Pretty simple, but direct in the approach. The park has two sides. An organic side producing organic foods using four different gardens.  On the other side is an amusement park called, “The Journey through Time.”  This takes the very beginning using the garden of Eden to the Wild West to the 1950’s and 1970’s and the future. 

In each of these areas we offer ‘flash mobs’, playing TV shows such as Andy of Mayberry and the Dick Van Dyke show and others. There are retail stores in these areas as well.  We also offer rented rooms for people to stay. 

Our park offers a variety of things for our guests to do. We have an Olympic-size swimming pool and a splash pad. We also provide paint ball, two different arcades.  In our relaxing portion we offer full spa treatment with sublimation tanks, yoga, massage, a hot sauna and a cold bath after. These are tied to five small houses to relax for the weekend.  We have a secluded area to show movies in the trees. In our rides section we offer the Mad Squirrel ride and other rides for adults.  We also offer kid-size rides to accommodate the entire family. We also have an RV park that serves five spots, but can be larger. 

Restaurants! We offer a unique blend of restaurants to enjoy a quick bite and a full course meal. We have built a life size paddlewheel boat for the Cajun Café for Cajun style offerings with fish and steak. This boat is built on four levels. We also offer shrimp/crawfish boils. 

The land selected is 240 acres.  There are four lakes on the land. Each of these have been renamed in Indian names in recognition of the Trail of Tears. Spirit Lake, Catahoula, Caddo Lake, Okwa-ta. We have created three teepees and provide Indian dances here as well. 

In our music portion we offer square dancing in the Wild West, Cajan and Zydeco music in the crawfish boil, 1950 bands in 1950, 1970 music in the 1970 area.  We are also building a large area for top-line acts to come and perform.  We have a relationship with the DLR Group in New York who connects with Live Nation. The DLR Group provides architectural planning for the whole park. 

There are many more offerings available, too many to display here.  I am the former president of a company in Garland, TX. I also have a Director of Operations, Director of Retail Management, Director of Marketing and Events, Director of Food.  Several different managers will also be added, those are displayed in our financial program.  The land has been visited and photographed.  The county commissioners have been contacted and have given their approval. Presentations have already been done with local government authorities.
