Ear Physics

This background and expertise was the basis for developing a new novel approach to both measuring hearing response and applying digital signal processing with adaptive dynamics specifically designed for hearing normalization and correction.    The technology provides a new level of sound quality due to the hearing normalization capabilities and will also be used by anyone seeking the ultimate listening experience.
 
The user performs a hearing profile test on their cell phone at a minimum of two sound pressure levels, one at threshold of hearing using shaped noise which represents real world sounds and a second using masking noise to measure a person’s hearing response at a higher sound level.  These measurements are instantly used to mathematically calculate multiple correction response curves.  This correction is dynamically applied based on the incoming sound pressure level.  The process also uses patented adaptive dynamics signal processing for absolute sonic transparency.  The result is sound quality like never heard with higher resolution, detail and clarity.  Unlike the currently used method of tuning a hearing aid based on a prescription method the Ear Physics method uses the direct user’s measurements to calculate the required hearing correction at multiple sound levels delivering never heard accuracy.  
  
The initial product design is completed and ready for production.  Ear Physics technology is covered under US Patents 11,641,183 and 12,101,605 with other US and foreign patents pending.
