The restaurant is set in a country building in the state of Jalisco, where the agave landscape, good food and the Mexican atmosphere converge and create an incredible place.
Our project has a space where about 150 people can live together, a space with contemporary Mexican style where people will live together at spacious tables and comfortable chairs, where you can spend a pleasant moment, time stops and your mind focuses on the experience. from our place.
A kitchen equipped with a cold room for storing supplies, a cold kitchen area for preparing salads, seafood, etc., as well as a hot area for preparing all foods that require an oven, iron or grill, in addition to a kitchen area with firewood. which will be exposed to the public in the purest Mexican style, as well as an exclusive space for the preparation of drinks
Our star product is the cantaritos, a mix of drinks made from citrus juice mixed with tequila, served in a "barro glass", which has been a trend on social networks due to the style with which it is prepared, its pleasant flavor and presentation, it is also one of the preferred drinks by people who visit the cradle of tequila.
The gastronomic offer is a varied selection of dishes from all corners of the country, such as mole from Oaxaca, roast beef from Nuevo Leon, seafood from Sinaloa and other culinary treasures from Mexico.
For us, the local economy is important, so we think that the best thing is to buy supplies from local producers who provide us with fresh and quality products for the preparation of our food and drinks.
Our target is focused on the population between 25-55 years old who love good cuisine and Mexican drinks, with incomes of more than 60,000 dlls a year.
