Raising working capital in between big jobs

I founded Dubri Enterpries in 2009.  My intentions were to start flipping houses and thats what I did. After the market became saturated with investors, I had to make a tough choice. Either I had to go back into the work force, or I could pursue my newfound passion in a different way. I decided to get my General Contractor License with the City of San Antonio and start providing construction services in the retail sector. Flipping houses gave me a perspective that exposed the weaknesses within the industry. I wanted to make sure my clients never had to endure the things I did during  the time I flipped houses. I hand selected the reliable trades, made them sign and agreement and we all had a clear understanding of the expectations. This alone has helped me to advance within the industry at a healthy pace. Eventually, my business started to grow. I rented a warehouse with a store front, and continued to grow my client base. We started working with architects and engineers.  Little by little, I became the GC that I am today. I'm still a small company. We average about $800,000/year. I've reached a point where we have larger jobs and fewer smaller jobs. The larger jobs take longer to start, longer to finish and they take longer to pay out. That being said, I'm currently experiencing growing pains. I am currently seeking working capital to get me through to the larger jobs that we have contracted. Thank you in advance for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
