I am looking to build a spec house down on a new subdivision that has zero homes in it right now. The subdivision is new and in an incredible location. I just built a home for a client approx. 2 miles from this new subdivision that was developed by the same person that developed the new one I would like to build it in. I am wanting to build the same exact home that I just built as I have the plans already and I can speak with the developer about him not getting paid on the lot until we have sold the home and he gets paid at closing of the spec house. I am a general contractor and will self perform the entire project
