I am a female general contractor and my team, and I build new construction single family homes. We typically buy land and then design and build homes, then we sell them once they are completed. We live in a small town, but our housing market is strong due to the large military base. We are different than the other residential home builders because we do not build on large scale developments, we build 1-4 homes a year currently and we put a great deal of love into each of our homes as if we are building to live there ourselves. Since we live in a small town, we always support our other local/hometown small businesses, all our subcontractors are just like us, small family-owned companies, we support each other's goals and together we are all able to grow our individual businesses through teamwork, partnerships and collaboration. We can solve the problems that most home buyers have with new construction homes. Most buyers who purchase a new construction home get a basic home with basic interior fixtures and the same floor plan as their neighbors. Our company builds homes that are uniquely designed for buyers to purchase a home as opposed to just a house. We don’t purchase the same ordinary white paint for each house or the same faucets and light fixtures, we search for deals and savings throughout the process so that our savings allow us to list our homes in a more affordable price range for the average family while still providing them with beautifully designed homes.
