DPOP GOURMET POPCORN

I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Delores Hall. 

Have you ever wanted something so badly that you were willing to end your current career to attain it?I did so this past May by ending my career in Professional Cosmetology to prioritize my passion and the love that I have for my own business in making gourmet popcorn.  I wanted to focus on devoting my energy to develop and grow that business even further.

I strive to be the best in all that I do.  I knew that there was a lot of hard work ahead of me, but I have never been one to shy away from that when it was for something I wanted so badly.  So, I started to research everything I could that related to my business and studied to acquire substantial knowledge towards that goal in my studies.  I had already started developing different flavors and production methods for my business, but now I could perfect these quicker and provide a better product for my customers. 

I started my business  DPOP Gourmet Popcorn LLC; created, and acquired a registered trademark for my company.  I took a course in Acidified Food Manufacturing School at North Carolina State University to earn my certificate with a final score of 93.75.
