DOWNTOWN DOCTOR CARE CORP started dba DDC Health Care, Primary, General, Internal Medicine in Lee/Collier county Florida. Demographics 40+ will develop other revenue aspects within this demographic, including Erectile Dysfunction (affiliation with RX dispensing), Midlife health (adult ecommerce, not porn.), sexual health (want to have a podcast/blog). Health spa – geared towards beauty and alternative treatments (includes Aesthetician, laser, cryotherapy, colonics, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, etc)
Beginning a new medical practice/group in any state requires a process of licenses and credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance contracts. The license process took over 6 months (without it could not process insurance claims). The credentialing varies from 30 days to years depending on the need in the area. Consequently, we are a new practice although I begin the process in 6/2022. It was just recently that we started our marketing campaign. In the last 12 months we have generated just over $95K at our Bonita Springs, FL location.
While waiting for all licenses and credentialing, we concentrated our medicine in working with Disaster Relief for Hurricane Ian in SW Florida by providing help to Diabetic individuals. We help distribute more than $100,000 in diabetic supplies provided to us by Insulin for Life USA coordinated with multiple community partners.
In addition, we established our relationship with SSA.gov by providing exams in SW Florida.

Now that I have established our licenses and group the process becomes a bit easier to establish satellite offices in Florida for DDC Health Care. I have targeted various cities that meet our demographics to consistently maintain the quality of care that we offer.
These are other targeted locations, South Naples, Venice, Sarasota.
Our Bonita Spring location allows us to receive patients from the small cities in the surrounding area including, Fort Myers, Estero and North Naples.
My idea is to develop DOWNTOWN DOCTOR CARE CORP to market to 40+ years of age, midlife, and sexual health always concentrating on “Living Your Best Life!”. This demographic is currently 89% of Facebook traffic. In November, I will begin to develop an ecommerce adult site (no porn) I want to talk about sexual health in both medical and layman terms introducing products and their appeal to a sexual experience and good health. For example, prostate care.

Looking for funding to open additional locations and develop the corporation. The DDC Health Care office is geared to feel warm and fuzzy and we look for approximately 1000 sq feet of office space, but must include easy drop-off and handicap access. Depending on location and if a buildout… cost vary. Looking for $500,000 to $1,000,000 to develop.
