DOUHSAR under current management has been in business since 1999 and is currently aspiring to purchase an existing "Manufacturing Company" in Texas, to compliment our services we offer to our customers. Our idea is to add additional products to the manufacturing line up by offering environmental friendly products.
The "Manufacturing Company" has an active list of customers that includes fortune 500 companies, and MSA in place with several other customers. Our idea is to expanded on this customer list and re-capitalize on the existing customers to increase sales. The current team in place are highly qualified and has many years with the "Manufacturing Company", which we intend to maintain and reinforce the team where necessary. The manufacturing process complies with all ASME engineering standards and AWS Quality standards required to produce high quality products.
Current yearly revenue is about $4 Mil and we believe that with minor changes and redirection we can grow the revenue to $6 Mil in the first Year.
