Dominate Lifestyle and Sports Center will be a full-service Christian affiliated multi-sports complex located in the Broken Arrow or South Tulsa region of the Tulsa County Oklahoma. There are currently no sports complex like this in Tulsa County. Now is the perfect time to establish DSC because of the rise in demand for the services provided by such facilities in the Tulsa area.
The keys to success for DLSC will be our ability to market effectively and efficiently, creating an unprecedented “positive” atmosphere where people will love to be, and employing capable, knowledgeable and passionate staff to ensure the smooth running of our activities. Also, we will constantly be updating our facility with latest technology.
· OBJECTIVES
The main objectives for DLSC are as follows:
1. Create a Christian sporting and fitness environment for individuals and sports teams of all age groups.
2. Sell 1,500 memberships in the first year, 1,700 in the second and 2,000 by the end of the third year.
3. Initiate, sponsor, and support community events. Engage in local outreach in Tulsa OK twice yearly as well as international outreach once a year.
4. Operate various sporting events all year round involving private parties as well as school sporting events.
