We would like to open a 3000sq ft. Dollar Store within an area of 10,000 + Homes in a 3 mile radius and with the next closest stores of this kind would be 25 miles in any direction from our location. I have worked at Dollar Stores and have come up with these figures from purchase history from my sales record at those Stores. I would have approximately a $700,000 + Gross income, and in general Dollar Stores have a 40 - 65% profit margin for the Net income depending on Items sold to run the store. We are working with a Dollar Store Service to do the Store Build Out and Supply our stock, along with this service they provide a support staff to help render any problems we may encounter, they will also be the provider of our restock through the PIO system that keeps track of our merchandise. Once the Store Front is ready for move in it will take approximately 30 Days or less to complete the build out and open the doors for business.
